新型焊接箍筋试验研究及其应用

Abstract: Compared with the traditional composite hook stirrup,the new welding stirrup saves the material of hook and the repeated part. Further more. the new welding stirrups are manufactured by the factories that assure the dimensional accuracy and quality of the stirrup. From the two aspects of the energy-saving,emission reduction and mitigation of labor shortage,economic and social benefits are very significant. The mechanical behavior and seismic performance of the new welding stirrup have been examined by the low cyclic loading experiment and axial compression test. The result illustrates the advantage of the new welding stirrup in its applicability and anit-seismic performance.

摘要: 新型焊接箍筋与传统复合箍筋相比,既节省箍筋弯钩锚固段,又节省箍筋复合重复段,通过工厂生产加工,可节省劳动力,并且尺寸精确、质量可靠,从节能减排和缓解行业劳动力不足两方面来看,经济效益和社会效益都非常显著。通过低周往复试验和轴压试验对新型焊接箍筋混凝土短柱轴心受压性能和抗震性能进行了检验,验证了新型焊接箍筋的适用性和抗震优越性。
